State Health Officer January 20 Update on Novel 2009 H1N1 Vaccine

I want to thank each of you for your patience and understanding as we faced the monumental challenges of the 2009-2010 H1N1 Vaccine Program. With your support and efforts, we provided H1N1 vaccine to hundreds of thousands of Alabamians. We are confident this had a significant effect on slowing the progression of the disease. Additionally, your providing us with timely information when needed assisted us in better understanding the nature of the disease in Alabama.
